Kingdom Bank International has determined that although we have fulfilled the necessary requirements for the development of the investment bank at this time there will be no further development. All assets under advisement and/or management will remain with the appropriate hedge funds and private equity placements and will continue to generate RIO based on current market conditions and investment opportunities. The shared office spaces at previous international locations will be terminated as we remain in compliance and all mail contact should be directed to the corporate mailing address for New Life Ministries International, Inc., and New Life International Community Development Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware.
We ask that all affiliate business relationships will pardon any inconvenience they may have been experienced as we remain in compliance. We look forward to continued successful business relationships in the future.

Development in the Kingdom Companies:
The Board of Directors positions have been assigned with the position of Non- Executive Chairman being assigned to Reverend David Pope, 1st Presiding Bishop of New Life Ministries International, Inc., and Chairman of New Life International Community Development Corporation. Reverend Pope shall become Chairman of the Board of Directors responsible for Policy and Procedures; along with appointing the Vice Chairman whom will serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Investment Bank International, and seven other Directors who will have varied assignments and responsibilities.
